Rate who you deal with
Add the emails of buyers you have worked with and pick how they paid. Non-payment reports need evidence.
What the stars mean
Members pick what happened, not a star count. The stars follow from the outcome, so every rating means the same thing.
If a buyer pays after being reported, the member updates their rating and the score changes with it.
